Slow yet effective

The capsules work just like the tea. I had been using the tea for ages before discovering the capsules. It takes about 12 hours for the tea to work. Initially, one capsule did nothing, so I tried two. I didn’t feel the urge for quite a while but eventually, after 16 hours, I was able to go. I concluded that two capsules are just as effective as the tea but with a bit more delay. I believe three capsules might speed the effect.
